I understand that joining AUX STUDIO is a volunteer-first commitment: I am not an employee and this is not a paid position by default. AUX STUDIO is a newborn agency, so there is no permanent or guaranteed work yet — project work is paid on a work basis (70% to me, 30% to AUX STUDIO). I am applying to build with the team and grow through real project work. *

Your application is saved securely and privately.
A person — never AI — reviews it on our side.
If there is a fit we reach out at the email you provide. There is no auto-accept and no instant decision.

Work samples

Include at least one — a link to your portfolio, GitHub, Behance, Dribbble, or similar, or an uploaded file. Uploaded files are stored privately and only ever seen by the AUX team.

Before you apply

Joining AUX STUDIO is a volunteer-first commitment. You are not an employee and this is not a paid position by default — you build with us, grow your portfolio, and get real product work. When you take on real project work, you are paid on a work basis: 70% goes to you and 30% stays with AUX STUDIO.

As a newborn agency we cannot offer permanent or guaranteed work yet — opportunities come project by project. If you want to go further, we are also looking for 2 co-founders who want to help build and own AUX STUDIO.
